VAULTFALL Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 1 November 2026
EXZOH (PTY) LTD provides VAULTFALL. For privacy questions, contact support@exzoh.com.
Playing the game
You do not need a player account. The game saves progress, settings, selected characters, earned coins, lives and reward receipts in the app's private storage on your device. VAULTFALL does not operate a player-account server, public leaderboard, chat, user-upload service or real-money purchase system.
Age group and advertising
VAULTFALL asks for an age group and stores that choice on your device. It does not ask for your full date of birth. This choice controls advertising access and is excluded from the app's Android backup and device-transfer rules.
Players under 18 and players whose age group is unknown receive no advertising requests or Google privacy-service requests from the game's ad integration. Gameplay, earned-coin life refills and the free life-recovery timer remain available.
For players who select 18 or older, the game uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform. Privacy information is checked when the game opens. Rewarded ads offer one life after completion. An ad may also appear after a run's results, before every third new heist, subject to frequency limits. It never grants a life. If an ad is unavailable, play can continue.
Google's advertising services process network addresses, ad interactions, app diagnostics and app-scoped identifiers for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Network addresses may indicate general location. Google encrypts SDK transmissions using TLS.
The game applies Google's child-restricted treatment and a G-rated ad-content limit to every ad request, including adult requests. Personalized advertising and remarketing are disabled. The app removes the Android advertising-ID permission and advertising-services identifier, topics and attribution permissions.
The game gives Google a random ad-attempt reference to match a completed rewarded ad with its local reward receipt. It does not send your saved score, banked coins, character collection or local profile identifier to a developer server.
Google's data practices and controls are described in its Privacy Policy and advertising information. Any advertiser website or app you choose to open has its own privacy policy.
Retention and your choices
Local progress remains until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. To erase current local data, use Android Settings → Apps → VAULTFALL → Storage & cache → Clear storage. Android may include game progress in system backups when enabled, and a later reinstall may restore it. Manage or remove those backups through your Android or backup-account settings.
Google controls retention of information processed by its services under its own policies. Clearing local storage does not delete information already processed by Google. VAULTFALL has no online player account to delete. Contact support@exzoh.com with privacy questions or requests; do not send passwords or payment details.
If you email support, the information you choose to send is used to respond to that request. It is separate from the game's automatic local saves and advertising integration.
Changes
If the game's data practices change, this policy and the in-game notice will be updated. The effective date above identifies this version.
